Castellated mountains - Weak layers of shale separated by limestone, dolomite and quartz. They form unique cliffs with weak layers.

Dogtooth Mountains - Formed with sedimentary rock that is vertically thrusted towards the summit.

Horn Mountains - Formed when glaciers eroded different sides of the same mountain.

Overthrust Mountains - Has a desk like shape. When sheets of rock slid upward, they layered on top of each other during the initial collisions.

Sawtooth Mountains - The edges of the rock sheets are perpendicular to the main wind direction. It has an hourglass shape eroded into the shale formation.
